Stephanie Rude
Asset Management, Operations & Acquisitions
Stephanie built her career inside the housing industry — leading business development, strategic partnerships, and sales within residential construction and building products. Working alongside builders, developers, dealers, and design professionals gave her a deep, practical understanding of housing, construction economics, and project execution.
At Avanta, Stephanie leads asset management and operations, sources and screens acquisitions, and drives the underwriting discipline the firm is built on — the standards that decide which deals advance and which are walked away from.
Her lens. A building is only as good as the numbers you can verify behind it. She underwrites the downside before the upside, trusts the public record over the pitch, and treats a disciplined “no” as the most valuable thing an operator can produce — because the price you pay is the one risk you fully control.

Andy Beights
Investor Relations & Capital
Andy is an entrepreneur who built a successful company from the ground up in the payment-processing industry, where he serves as a broker for multiple national brands. His career is a study in what Avanta values most: building trust, cultivating relationships, and operating a business with discipline over the long term.
Alongside Stephanie, Andy has renovated and repositioned single-family homes for years, giving him a hands-on feel for real estate. At Avanta, he leads investor relations and capital — the relationships that turn a strong deal into a funded one.
His lens. Capital follows trust, and trust is built one straight answer at a time. He would rather raise less from investors who understand the risk than more from investors who don’t — and he holds Avanta to communicating in the hard quarters exactly as clearly as in the good ones.

How We Work Together
Complementary by design.
Andy builds the relationships and raises the capital. Stephanie runs the assets and guards the underwriting. Both hold the same line on discipline.
This division of responsibility is a feature, not an accident. It means the person raising capital and the person deploying it answer to the same standard — and that an investor always has a direct line to a principal who knows their deal intimately.
Beyond the two of them, Avanta draws on an extensive network of operating partners, capital relationships, and industry advisors developed over years in construction, real estate, and business.
Why We Built Avanta
We built the firm we’d want managing our own family’s money.
We watched multifamily investing become transactional — operators chasing the next acquisition on aggressive assumptions, raising from strangers, and measuring themselves by deal count instead of outcomes. We wanted the opposite: a firm that underwrites the downside first, verifies every number against the record, shows investors the deals it walked away from, and treats each investor as a relationship meant to last decades rather than a name in a funnel.
That is why we keep the circle small, invest alongside our investors, and hold the same standard whether we are raising the capital or deploying it. Our platform is new. The standards behind it are not.
